Talking Yeah, But CART doesn't start for a while!!

We will have to see what kind of fix the Maestro has in store for "The Big Red One". I'm so frustrated or is it bored with F-1 That I usually won't stay up for the races anymore. It's kind of like watching George Steinbrenner buy up all of the best Ballplayers and winning the world series should be a surprise? I expect Ferrari & Schumaker to win and I fully expect the officials to give there full support to make that happen. Williams and McClarren are getting closer slowly but everytime they do Michael just clicks the level up another notch, or FIAT builds a new car.
The rest of the players should go back to school and stay there! Not only are they poor business men they can't even put up competitive machinery on the track day to day.
I guess you pretty much know how I'm feeling about F-1 now. It's your fault; you asked. \

Heh! If any of you know Tony George... Tell him for me that the only Racing with no left hand turns is NASCAR.

Tony... Where was your TV coverage this weekend??? You barely made SPEED News.

I love watching F1. It's alot more enjoyable to watch than Nascar where they go around in circles. F1 is more real life. I'd like to watch every race but I never know when it's gonna be on.

F1 for me used to be fun to watch. these days when i want to watch road racing i watch trans am, scca production racing, or world sports cars. nascar is still my favorite form of racing to watch though. i dont like cart or irl anymore much either.

For me F1 is a real punishment. There is to much money in the game.

You don't think Nascar's the same way? It should be illegal to call today's Nascar 'stock car racing'. There's nothing that makes them stock in any way, shape, or form. Atleast Nascar 30 years ago used "stock cars." That's why I can't stand it.

I wish i could go. I love f1, but I do'nt have the money to get out to idianapolis right now. Maybe in a few years i'll go.
I'm a ferrari guy, because of michael schumacher. I started watching two or three years ago when he and ferrari completely dominated so i was drawn to him i guess.
I like Kimi also, I heard he might be coming to ferrari next year. That would be awesome.

Anyway, have a good time at the race and take lots of pics!

Well, I forgot my camera but have the wind/sun burn and the bleeding ears though...
The McLarens sounded soooo good (and looked great too) - as did the Toro Rosso V10, apart from the McLaren's I have to say that the new V8's don't sound as good as the old V10's - even when they are in detuned status...

Massa hit the wall right in front of me in qualifying. Was great fun - wish I could go tomorrow to the race - but I can hear it from my house though .
Button getting pole was a surprise.

I don't really follow a team (well I did when Jaguar was in it being a Ford guy), I do like Kimi though - and Webber, being Australian.

As a plus one of my friends in thier V8 Ute race (like our equivelant to the Craftsman truck series) came 3rd - in his second race.

Good stuff. I saw that crash in qualifying on the TV, looked like he just lost it out of the corner, i didn't see any mechanical failure, did you? He's not doing too well at ferrari so far.

Just waiting for the race tonight...

Yeah - I think it was just driver error - Where I was stationed was great earlier in the day when the track was wet - the cars were squeamish as anything.
Rosberg had an "moment" in front of us in practice - lost it mid corner, and you could see him wind on full opposite lock, and drift out of it.
