Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Got back to Bravo about and a hour and a half ago. Everything except the generator on the trailer and a floor jack and jack stands in the back of the pickup are unloaded. I'll get those into the pole barn in the morning.
Updates. The Snowblower is at HD in Bend and we will go into Bend in the morning to pick it up before something happens to it. Then I suspect that I will have to uncrate it and assemble it. Already went to there You Tube University instructional video on that.
After a very wonderful and interesting conversation with the dealership, the Kawasaki Blade in Wyoming was not obtainable. About 45 minutes later, I got a text that they found a Kawasaki Blade and it is in route. Should be here next week.

That thought had crossed my mind Tim. I was about to cancel the whole snow plow deal and go somewhere else to get it. But, the frame bracket, push plate, mounting frame and blade bracket with hydraulic actuator have been installed. So, it's really too late to cancel the entire plow setup. I also had them install a 54" light bar while waiting for the plow. For now, I'm going to play it by ear. If the Blade doesn't arrive as I was told it would today, Upper-level Management and I are going to have a discussion. Part of that discussion will be them delivering it to me free of charge or arranging a credit / refund equivelent to what they charge for delivery. I know that some of the Valley dealerships in the Salem area charge around $1000 to deliver to this area. I made the trip already and they failed miserably on their end....
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 11 degrees and overcast. Th O/C has broken up a little and gotten very light and feathery. No precipitation in the forecast for the next 5 days.
Headed to Bend for supplies and the Snow Blower in a bit.
Good evening all. For a short week, it sure was a long one. Headed to Mac in the morning to drop the heep off at the heep dealer for the big recall. It hasn't burned up yet so I guess I'll take in and see what havoc the software update will cause. Had an appointment in Salem for March 11. Mac can get me in tomorrow. Pretty sure my chances are low for fire sale between now and 0845. But a guy can hope.
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Stopped at Wally World and Costco before going to Home Depot. Then it was Home Depot and picked up the snowblower today and have it in my possession. It's sitting on the Trailer in the barnyard. We got back from Bend too late to do anything with it tonight. One corner was busted out of the cardboard box and crate. Looks to me like it took a hit from the tine on a forklift. Have pictures and the store is aware.
Can't see any damage to the machine. Stuck the phone through the open corner and got pictures. We'll see tomorrow when I uncrate it.

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Started out at 18 under blue sky with no clouds.
Gathered tools up getting ready to assemble the blower along with getting some other things set up and my hands were chilled out. The gloves I can work in, even with handwarmers in them aren't really doing the job. Decided I need some more coffee to get the blood flowing better.
Assembled and running. Bottom of the crate pallet was pretty busted up and it took a bit to free the machine up. Doesn’t appear the machine itself suffered any damage.
Need to make some adjustments in the morning. Then I can put it to a real test.
