Good Saturday morning Ford Drivers.
Currently 35.6° here. I thought my weather station might be off on the temperature but with all the frosty roofs around?
Hopefully all had a good Easter Sunday.
I got a few things done today. Made a glove dryer, cleaned a few areas up and hung some new solar powered lights.
Goodnight Ford Drivers'.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else.
#1 son in a little trouble. He was helping the Easter Bunny hide some plastic eggs with $5 inside. Someone is still looking for 2 eggs.
Made it home on Saturday after a 24 hour drive. Pretty hard to get home any faster when the Heep only has a 17 gal tank. Bucked a head wind all the way to Bakersfield and got a whopping 14mpg. Need to do something about that as that is not adequate at all. Running out of fuel is a real possibility. At one point I had 3/4 of a gallon left when I rolled into the gas station. Anyway, we did manage one day running around in the desert mountains there was nearby. Some beautiful country in the Tonto National Forest and the Agua Fria National Monument.
The big deal for the week was The Cactus Classic which has an event to qualify for the Run For a Millon show in Vegas in August. The Son in Law has come close the last couple of years but finally made it this year. Now that he qualified, it solidifies him as one of the top Reining Riders/Trainers in the world. Along with the new found fame, comes reality TV that showcases these riders and their quest to get to the Run For a Million. This will be interesting since we were told we should expect at TV crew to visit us at some point to do an interview. Of course we watch the show and get some good laughs out of it since there is not a lot of "real" in reality. We are happy and proud of these kids as they have and continue to work had to get to this level.
