Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 48 and overcast. Rain has stopped for now but some incoming clouds look pretty wet.
Yard, Garden and home show was a bit disappointing yesterday. Small sized and a lot of patio / deck building, and Landscaping, a couple of bath remodeling booths. Not much on general remodeling, either inside or outside.
Made a couple of stops in Salem after the show and then headed over to Washington Street in Dallas for the Wardens birthday dinner. Reward members can get a free Mile High Mud Pie. In this case it was the "Spring" version. I took pictures so the Warden may be putting me into Solitary Confinement.
Going to be an interesting couple of days. #1 son and DIL are throwing a "surprise" birthday party for the Warden and a Granddaughter combined with an anniversary party for her parents at 1400 today. We kind of blew the surprise as we have a cracked pipe we were heading back to Bravo to fix. So, we are delaying our departure to later this afternoon. I'll work on the pipe in the well house tomorrow, and then Monday we have to head back here. Meeting with the tax accountant on Tuesday. Then back to Bravo on Wednesday. Thursday morning the F350 goes to Bend to get the cracked windshield replaced. I guess that is the benefits of living so far out of town. Those commercials on TV about them coming to you only apply if you live in town or very close by. Then we have a couple of days off before we have to be in Salem on April 1st to get the Wardens stitches out.
