Goog afternoon Oregon and everyone everywhere else.
Not at all happy with Home Depot again. Second time they have stood us up with no show-no calls.
I’m down at Alpha and the Warden is up at Bravo. I had an appointment late afternoon and a 1900 meeting yesterday. An appointment later today. Sportsman’s Show with friends tomorrow and Friday heading back to Bravo. Been working on the house & washer / dryer here this morning.
The snow blower I ordered on the 29th of last month arrived in Eugene 0600 Friday morning, but then didn’t get sent out for delivery. Been sitting there ever since. Waited at Bravo for it Friday afternoon. But it never arrived. Tracking showed it never left Eugene. Same thing Monday but tracking showed a 38 minute “in transit time”. HD said no later than Tuesday morning the 13th. Again no show.
This morning the Warden sent a text saying it’s snowing and asking where the snow blower was. She’s worried that there is enough snowfall now that they won’t be able to get down the lane and to the driveway to the pole barn and shop. Well, it’s still sitting in Eugene. Talking to HD was really helpful! They made some calls and finally got back to me. They’ve made a note that it’s 3 days late in the file and someone is supposedly rescheduling delivery for Friday.
