Green Peter Lake is really down also. I believe it is because of the snow pack melt to come. Also word has it they plan to take Green Peter down fast this summer for extra water for the salmon. Foster lake seems about 6 to 10 ft lower than the normal low too.

Winter is not over. I head south tonight to the heat of upper 60's and maybe low 70's. Not complaining but usually it's in the 80's and 90's by now so winter is holding on all over the west.

I'd leave the winter tires on for another week or so Chris. There was a 'Severe Weather Statement" out for snow. I see that now it has been changed to just a "Special Weather Statement".
