Praise Jesus! When I talked to my dealer yesterday he said no dates were in the system but that it was at KTP #2… I guess that’s a different building… I wonder if some buildings were shut down at the KTP during these 2 weeks of less production… I dunno…I’m just glad it finally got built!

Now if I can get my FordPass app to take the VIN…

Finally! Now you get to stress if it will get shipped. Just kidding.

If so, would you prefer a text alert or an email alert? I'm just starting to investigate incorporating this feature into the tracker, and wanted to gauge how many people would be interested.

I may ask for a group of beta testers at some point.

Thanks as always!
I'd be interested in that! Thanks for all your hard work on this PhoenixFla. We appreciate you!

After that round, I am going to hold off on watching it as it ships…at least for a while. Hopefully it’ll be here in about 2 weeks once it ships…

Also, the “Your vehicle is built” email arrived at 3:45am.

Ford tracking and Mach-E now showing built as well. They were a couple hours behind the email.

Now I am going to work finding an alternative. My build has been pushed back another week. It was already WAY too far out for comfort. I need to have a truck here before November and Ford isn't going to be able to come through, despite ordering the beginning of July.

Got email it was built Tuesday Morning. This morning I received the email it was shipped. Estimated up to 18 days for shipping. So sometime around when we need a truck for pulling the camper 1h 30 min. Has the spreadsheet not been updated lately? Both the Ford Tracker and Mach E tracker show it as shipped. While nothing on the spreadsheet.

I'm so happy. Just checked Mach E tracker and I have been sent into production and the window sticker is active. Says Sent to plant date was yesterday 9/14. The tracking spreadsheet hasn't picked it up yet though.

That's so odd. Our trucks are almost exactly the same and ordered a week apart. Very simple, basic trucks. What the heck can be holding it up?

On another note, mine still doesn't show delivered on Mach E. I picked it up on Saturday the 11th.

Yes, it is beyond frustrating now. Ford can't tell me what the hold up is, the dealer can't tell me what the hold up is, nobody seems to know anything. I will be in a pinch if it isn't delivered until November. I have found a couple in Ohio. They are 6.2's not the 7.3 I wanted and the dealer is at $5000 over MSRP. I will continue searching for something closer to my order and certainly nothing that far over MSRP. Then again, I might just pay it to end the nightmare that is ordering a truck form Ford right now... I see so many built ahead of my pretty basic truck, ordered well after me. It is ridiculous at this point.

Hang in there man. It will come quick, once it is built. I'd wait for the 7.3. It's a lot more motor than the 2015 6.2 I had.

Can I suggest you delete the spray in bedliner and the bed tool box?

They are only able to schedule so many trucks that have the spray in bedliner due to capacity. It makes more sense to order without and have a local installer apply.

I'm not sure if the bed tool box is installed in post production (like the tonneau), or if it's shipped to the dealer to install (like the winches), but I'd delete that too and buy once the truck arrives.

I don't see anything else that could be holding you up unless your dealer is out of allocation.

A few notes on recent posts:

1. You can track your railcar and I had a lot of fun with that. I would call the Norfolk Southern robot lady about every 4 hours. Then I got on Google Maps and literally followed the tracks from one point to the next. Found some interesting points of interest, like passing through Sow Hollow, TN. (It's real, look it up) You can tell your truck is unloaded when your railcar arrives at the ramp, and then leaves the ramp. Then comes about 5 days of thundering silence waiting for the car hauler, then BOOM! The truck magically arrives at the dealer.

2. I pick up my truck today in a few hours. I have the FordPass app loaded on my phone, and stopped at the point of "Activate Vehicle" - I'm sure the delivery process will go by in a blur, but I will try to remember and report back about activating FordPass. I want to test remote start via phone before I leave.

After all this waiting, it looks like rain this afternoon and rain everyday for the rest of the week. Well, I'm going to own this truck a long time. All the "mods" stacked up can wait a few more days.
