Tracking sheet still shows "Awaiting Shipment"

Ford Order Tracking shows Built 9/18, Shipped, Est. 25 Days
Saw Dealer this morning. He verified it's in transit. Should be here in a couple of weeks.
Also, says he won't honor the Ordered Price. Must pay the Invoice Price/ X-Plan price on Invoice. I told him the deal about recovering the $250 price increase, but said NO. I will follow up with the Director when I pick it up and show him the X-Plan document which states I must pay the X-Plan Price on the Invoice, but any refund they get from Ford must come to me!

Some salesmen are snakes. Show them your Order Summary and pay that, no more. It hopefully shows the Invoice & X-Plan prices. If not, X-Plan is simply Invoice +0.4% of all costs, plus an additional $275 X-Plan admin fee. <<< Edit - Plus TTL, of course. Gotta pay dem gubment boys. >>>

The New Vehicle Purchase Program customer is entitled to the price in effect at the time the vehicle was invoiced. Any money refunded to the dealer by Ford Motor Company or Lincoln Motor Company for price increases occurring after the order is submitted, but before shipment to the dealer, must be refunded to the customer.
I need to hope that the DEALER will apply for and receive the refund and THEN pay it to me.

As it should be. You should pay the price at time of order.
Since ordering mine on 5/24 there has been 2 price increases, each $250 (or $238 over invoice). A few weeks ago I went in and spoke to my dealer and he made sure that my base order price was back to the agreed upon price. Hope you can get your's back to it's original price!

Anyone have a BNSN tracking phone number? I have been tracking my pickup on the CSX system 1-800-235-2352 as far as Minot, ND and I can't get any more info using my rail car number.
Any ideas so I can watch my pickup move across the country? I must say @Phoenixfla deserves many many kudo's for setting this tracker up. Thank you Sir.

Ask for fleet manager. Maybe he hasn't been trusted with the system yet.
The databases are really lagging in updating this spreadsheet.
As I stated in previous posts the MACH-E and Ford Order Tracking sites show my truck as shipped, but not here.
Now, the 2nd truck I ordered is showing "In Production" on the Ford Order Tracking site, but nothing on here.
