You might have some trouble there, there are multiple parts to the 450 that are in short supply that could hold you up. Wheels/5th wheel package are two off the top of my head. I think I saw a picture from a dealer circulating that it could be 40 weeks? Someone correct me if I'm wrong there. That said I know some people do have their 450s scheduled.

I did end up selecting the spray in but I’ll see about removing it, east enough to get it done elsewhere. I’m not sure about the tires, or if I have options on those or not. I don’t have the other options selected.

I called my dealer yesterday and had them remove the spray in bedliner from my '22 F250 order. Hopefully it'll get picked up for production in the next week or two. We gave it a couple of weeks after ordering with no word from Ford after the order was received.

The spreadsheet has been down for several weeks, over a month actually. It's not coming back. The source for much of the tracking was permanently shut down.

That's correct. Only ford can give a 01 or 02 priority code

 

Yes. Dealer can assign 10-19, Districts Reps can assign higher priorities (2). But under this new system priorities don’t seem to make a big difference. There have been guys at Priority 2 for several months and guys with a 19 are getting built.

 

I feel really bad for the schedulers, I deal with a lot of supply chain planners in my line of work and all these new constraining factors, which render priority codes useless, almost always puts the burden on some human in a cubicle somewhere overriding each order to push them fore and aft based on frequently shifting availability of parts, it’s still less costly for the company than writing new logic into their scheduling software to anticipate unforeseen shortages.

 

Did you get your King Ranch order? I change to a King Ranch in December. Now I'm being told it might not get built.

 

Scheduled to build week of Dec 20, actually built on Jan 23, arrived at the dealer this week. Going to pick it up on the 18th.

It seems like more 350's and 450's are getting built than 250's

 

Ordered the Lariat Sept 23, changed to KR Nov 4, received VIN Nov 18.
