@@Phoenixfla - What are your thoughts on another chart listing states, like your order count chart but it lists the average delivery days (transit/shipping time) per state? Too many shipping variables for this to be worthwhile?
My long term goal is to track by Ramp Code. I haven't had time to work on it yet.
I probably need to create a new form so owners can submit their ramp codes so I don't have to manually enter them.
Then I need to integrate into the active spreadsheet so that the delivered spreadsheet can breakdown the stats. Average days, min and max days, that kind of stuff.
I need a few free days to get that up and running.

good afternoon Mr data wrangler, my truck was delivered to the dealer today. Thank you for helping us all out. I hope to pick it up Tuesday or Wednesday once PDI and stuff is done.

That's great news! We'd all like to see pics when you pick it up.
I got rid of the user comment column. Back before so many options were listed it was useful to track orders which may have commodity shortages. It was valuable real-estate I wanted to re-purpose.
In its place, I have added three columns for differentials (NLS, LS and ELD). The various gear ratios are color coded with a key in the column to the right.
My truck is “in processing” now and on the spreadsheet. I noticed a lot of “in processing” trucks on the list. Some have been on the list without update for a long time. Do they seem to be honoring the build date provided in the email? Or are lots of trucks being pushed back?

I haven't noticed a lot of trucks being pushed back, but it definitely happens.
Woke up this morning and checked the trackers and spreadsheet. It appears my truck was delivered to the dealership last night. It's painful that I'm out of state and wont be able to take delivery until next week! Thats alright though, it gives my dealer a full week to get the leveling kit, tires, AMP steps and tint installed. Should be pretty much turnkey when I pick her up, sans the pile of goodies in the barn. I'll post up some pics when I get her home and road worthy!
Many thanks to Phoenix for your work on this thread!!
I also woke up this morning to learn my truck arrived at the dealer yesterday. Drove by and saw it on the lot, but not yet prepped. Pick it up on Monday. Details:
2022 F250 Platinum w/Power Stroke
Iconic Silver w/Dark Marsala Leather
Most all options except no sunroof (probably why it was built so fast?)
Included soft tonneau, mudflaps and wheel liners
Order date: 11 September
Went to Plant: 27 September
Built and Released: 6 October
Shipped: 8 October
Delivered: 15 October

The initial build date provided in the first scheduling email is no better than an educated guess. It might get built that week or it might get bumped around once or ten times. Mine has been changed SIX times already and every week that it gets moved just makes me chuckle.
IMO as far as the spreadsheet NOT showing a lot of trucks getting pushed back, it is my opinion that some users have not returned to keep their build date updated on the spreadsheet plus the fact that there are also some users who may have updated their build date but didn't add any explanation to the user comment column (now defunct) to show their number of changes. There are also quite a few users who don't even have a user provided build date.
I received an email last night at 3am from Ford saying my 250 lariat truck was built. Checked this morning and the Ford tracking site had it listed as built and next up was shipping.
I checked a few hours ago and now its saying in production again. Has anyone else had this happen? I wonder if there was a problem in the quality control tests. This mornings tracking info told me delivery would be 10/31-11/5. Now it just says 11/5.
Edit: nevermind, just got an email saying its been shipped. I guess between being built and shipped, it went back to "in production" for a few hours.

Mine has been in production since 10/9. I’m assuming that it’s the spray in bed liner and tonneau holding up production. It hasn’t ever been listed as built.

I'm sure that's what it is mine made it through the body shop in 1 day on the 16th for wheel well liners and fifth wheel hitch prep so they are not fully behind on everything through there just specific items
