My truck doesn't show up anywhere on the tracking spreadsheet anymore. I brought it one on 9/11. 1,500 miles on it so far and I love it. I do need to schedule it with the dealer to get my pass side doors adjusted. The rear door is contacting the jamb when you open it.
Wanted to see if anyone could help me. My f250 was release and ship on Sept 17. It's been sitting in lordstown oh which is 2 hours away with the eta Oct 3rd-9th. I just saw now that it's been push back to Oct 11-15. I look on the palsapp and it's just saying keep on saying pending and destination name is null and there is a freight bill #. Just wanted to see if anyone has been through this or knows what is going on. Thanks

Mine has the same problem despite being delivered to my dealer on Wednesday and me taking it home today. I just looked it up now on the palsapp site and it still shows pending. Not sure how often it really updates.
It's possible that a different transport company than Jack Cooper handles that rail yard. Many VINs show on Palsapp that JC is not delivering to the destination dealer.
Is it just me, or is the tracking spreadsheet not updating as often? My build date was yesterday so yes, I am anxious. What I’ve noticed is that new dates populating into the spreadsheet tend to be more than 1 day old.
It also seems Ford has slowed production; quite a few are shown as “In Production” since mid-September have not been released or shipped.
What gives Ford?

I just read something recently that KTP was cutting production down to one shift. I don't recall how long the one shift only would last but that would certainly account for the slow-down you are noticing on the spreadsheet.

Question that may or may not have a solid answer; when the truck changes to a status of delivered, is that the delivery truck that triggers the change or the dealer, and part 2 would be if this is one of those daily updates or real time? I ask so that I know whether relying on the trackers to determine whether my truck is actually at the dealer is relevant. My delivery dealer isn't the best with timely communication, and as I still have never received a single email from ford regarding my build, apparently not great with technology either. I would like to know when the truck is off the carrier (convoy not rail so shouldn't have the delays many experience with trucks sitting in yards), so I can immediate bug the dealer to pick it up. Otherwise I could easily see the truck sitting on the lot for a week while they get around to PDI. Based on average delivery times, I expect the truck to hit the ground this week at some point.

Not sure what triggers "Delivered". Some trucks get delivered but still show in transit for several more days. Other trucks show delivered very close to the time they are delivered (perhaps within 12-24 hours).
The individual one-off trackers will give you the most updated information (*usually, but it's get complicated) because the spreadsheet updates every 2 - 3 hours.
Even though your window sticker shows convoy it is more likely traveling by rail first.
Read this thread about ramp codes, and maybe ask your dealer for the rail car # to track it:

Gotcha, and thanks. I thought I read with Convoy on the BS that indicated no rail, although makes sense it would go some distance by rail, even if only to Atlanta. Either way, not super important and I'm not trying to follow it down the train tracks like some, I just don't want it sitting around longer than necessary.
I've not seen a list, but I expect that any list would be out-of-date as soon as it was assembled. Other than "adaptive steering", the issue has been very dynamic; most other commodity issues have been short term (IMO).
Does anyone have a comprehensive list of the options that are considered post-production and could cause delays to "In Production"? For instance, Spray-In Liner and Tonneau Cover are post-production options I believe, but what about wheel well liners or mud flaps? Power-deployable running boards, non-standard wheels, etc?
