I never asked for my specific build day but based on the STP dates and when trucks are being built, I'd say there was no delay for mine. It was exactly 7 days after getting sent to plant.
My gut says you will be built today or tomorrow.
Original Build Week was 10/11. Dealer advised me scheduled Build Day was 10/15. Was sent to plant on 10/5. Got email this morning that it was Built (so 10/12???) with an eta of 11/5-11/11. Based on this chain, I am ahead of build schedule.
Couple pics of my truck. Very happy with it and the dealer. They were great to deal with and charged me invoice price. The only negative was driving 800 miles in one day to go get it. But worth the $5,000 in savings!
I also ended up meeting proline428 (Bill) while I was there. He was picking his truck up at the same time!
2 months from order to delivery.

Every window sticker someone posts shows a "C+" for green house gasses, etc. Stickers here in CO show a "D" and we don't even have emissions here. You guys order the Cali package?

Stupid question, and this has probably been asked and answered before, but earlier Mach E and the trackers were showing my order as built 10/12/2021 with an End ETA of 11/11/2021. Now those are N/A and the fields on the Tracking Spreadsheet have gone back to blank. I get the delay in the tracking sites, but it is weird the data was there (Mach E) and is now gone.

Common on days that the status is changing. My theory is multiple servers that respond to the request, which are not in sync. By tomorrow your status should hold firm at Awaiting Shipment or Shipped.

It seems there are various servers/databases at Ford. Things bounce around until they are all in sync. I got my 'Built' email this morning and the spreadsheet reflected that. No other trackers did. The spreadsheet reverted earlier today, but with time everything will sync up and I should get an email in the next couple days that my truck has shipped.
