I believe your right, along with the api key which does not seem to change.

But it's all generated by clicking on the ford.com tracker so that has been the easiest way to see if they have posted.

On a slightly different but related note, I'm thinking about creating a column for build day/week. That data is not available in the feed, so I would rely on user submissions.

I would create another Google form so each user could submit their build date as provided to them by their dealer,, and it would feed into the tracker. To change your date, you would simply resubmit the form.

If you all think it's a good idea, I'll work on it.

I was scheduled for the 26th but my dealer told me today my date is 8/1 now. Hopefully it doesn't move again. It's out of Kentucky plant 2 the visibility page says if that info helps

 

26th was the build to week... 1st is build to the day (last day of that week).

 

it had on the visibility page from the dealer a week or so 7/26 build to the day and today it says 8/1 so I was assuming that was a bump

 

Well, at least it stayed the same week.

FORM TO ADD / CHANGE YOUR BUILD DATE ON TRACKING SPREADSHEET

Hi everyone, Happy Friday!

I created this super simple form for you to submit your build dates for loading into the spreadsheet. Complete the form to have your build date added to your tracking line. If your build date changes just resubmit the form with the new build date.

I'm working to integrate into the spreadsheet today or tomorrow, but it would be helpful to have data to work with, so feel free to start submitting any time.

You will need to already be in the tracker, so if you have not signed up, see the link in the first post of this thread.

I haven't gotten my VIN yet. When should I expect it and how to I get it?

 

Once your truck is scheduled it will be available from your dealer.

 

when the truck gets scheduled to a build week is when it will be assigned a vin. Get the vin from your dealer

Before the weekend I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has participated in the spreadsheet. Tracking 1 truck doesn't tell us anything, but tracking 80+ has yielded some real results.

I know it does not get our trucks here any faster, but it has been comforting to know you all are out there waiting for your trucks too, and that you all came together in this forum community to share your experiences and support each other.

It's a great group of guys and gals here, and I'm proud to be a member.
