I agree with you Phoenixfla, I really believe Ford reacted to the "Perfect Storm" of commodity issues back in Mar/Apr/May by creating a "purgatory" of unfinished trucks because they got blindsided. In hindsight, given more notice, they may have reacted differently... who knows. A plant fire crippling a key supplier in a J.I.T business model just sucks!
I gotta believe moving forward, they'll just throttle production based on the supply chain. I would imagine continuing the piling of trucks in purgatory, is a compounding logistical nightmare that they'll want to avoid.

Plant is down for a week starting on the 12th. They are queuing up for the return to production.

What I think sucks is that I placed my order March 16th, got the confirmation email March 26th, and my order date shows 6/1......but I'm "In Production" status with no dates.

I added 14 trucks that I found on various dealer websites thinking they are all stock orders, but some of them may be retail orders that show up in their inventory. I’d like to track some stock orders to see if and when they are being built.

Great news, I found two Stock 22s that have been produced. See spreadsheet. One built yesterday and one today. Both 7.3 XLs and going to Koons of Annapolis.
Not sure if they will be held for clear to sell, or if that is not necessary since these XLs are basically identical to the 21s.
An interesting note is that the window sticker is not available for either of these trucks on the Mach E tracker. Since they are stock orders they can't be tracked on the Ford tracker either.
I'll post the VINs since these are Stock orders and someone else may want to search for them.
