1: a microfich machine with the slides, and more importantly
2: someone that knows how to read it.

one of the obsolete parts that I cant believe is obsolete are the front pads followed by the radiator and fan clutch. Also the tach sensor followed by the water neck and pump. Hard to believe since their are a tone of these trucks left out their

I did that to all of my 1 ton service trucks that traveled loaded 100% of the time (Welder, Air compressor, cutting rig, tools, material).... The previous owner knew how to set up a truck for work..... Not ride... LOL

Yeah those spring packs have a little extra steel in them. Not as much as my dump body, but more than stock. It rides like a Caddy with some weight in it.
