I mean the Switch itself not the whole control panel
its vacuum operated no electrical parts other than the blower. The fan selector works fine its the vacuum selector that I think is messed up. If the panel was available I would replace it. And that hopefully would be the end of it but as soon as you go from vent to floor it immediately goes to defrost.

so it screws in and the leaver how does that come off? On my mustang it was not replacable.
It is replaceable, the only reason I swapped the whole thing on mine is because my selector ribs were worn down and it wouldn't stay in position, that and the broken stud on the back.
