Below is what the inside of the muffler looks like. Not sure I buy completely into "dramatically" increasing performance, but even if it drops EGTs by 10 degrees I'll take it. Main reason for this was to get rid of the drone and it did just that, so anything else is just a bonus. Here is Aero's excerpt on how it works:

When the incoming exhaust gas enter the Aero Turbine XL muffler it is rapidly expanded and split via our patented airfoil cone technology with an orifice similar to a jet engine. The air begins to spin because of the increased velocity and pressure transfer. The outer air stream then accelerates as is recombines with the inner air stream. The recombining of the air streams creates a vacuum that both muffles the exhaust sound and increases the exhaust flow. Thus allowing your engine to breathe easier and dramatically increasing your vehicle’s performance.

At least you have non leaking up pipes and the 1.0 housing and billet wheel. I might as well not have a turbo

Looks pretty sweet sitting on the floor of my garage. I was going to install it today but replaced a heater valve and hoses on my co worker's nissan armada, fought with the clamp.
Now I don't feel like wrenching on my own crap and will proceed to drink some wobbly pops and relax while the wife works all day.

Nice job man! I am considering a muffler as well. Mine is just too loud for my liking.

I really like this Aero muffler so far, got some more seat time driving it today and I'm definitely liking it more and more. It was the right choice for me, and I couldn't imagine that constant highway drone for 4+ hours of driving.

Im sure your family would appreciate a muffler on those long trips

I'm curious how it sounds. I know it's a pita, but a video would be cool. Do they offer it in 5"?

I'll see if I can't get a video up in the AM. They offer it in 4/5" and in longer and shorter styles. I got the longer one that tones it down more than the short version. The wife is already happier so that's a plus.

Good deal. Your truck will be a lot quieter with the t4 done as well.

Cleaned up the gauge cluster and installed some white LEDs. Plenty bright enough, and actually brighter than my isspro gauges.

Also found 2 boat launch permits. If only they had the year on them.

I bought these Auxito's off Amazon. For the price I couldn't beat them. I wasn't about to pay 5 bucks per LED for ones that may or may not be higher quality than what I have. Brandon @ The 7.3 Garage on Youtube installed them in his truck and they're obnoxiously bright and that's where I got the idea.
