I got a question for you Murica’ns. One of my buddies a few years ago was visiting for ND and I told him that I had to run to Walmart and he refused to go. He said only weirdos go to Walmart and the normal people go to Target. Is that true? Is there a “class” distinction between the two?

We had Target open here and it failed within a year. Walmart has a strangle hold on the market in my area.

Today that all got fixed while I have the rock gardens torn up.

I processed about 60 gallons of rock through the trommel tonight (twelve five gallon buckets). I need to dig up rock/dirt from the next section and get new landscape fabric down.
How many little red wagon fills is that? 😂 (from your test pick before)

Target.....at least in East TN. On average, the quality of home goods at the brand name level is higher. More of a selection of women's clothing. My wife loves Target. Target house brands are usually good quality, even if made in china. Specialty food items, different brands can be found at Target.
Walmart is the go to for auto detail stuff. They carry Chemical Guys. Walmart tire and auto......rednecks doing oil changes. Forget that. Walmart deli.....in my area....redneck heaven, dang those gals can fry up some hot wings.

Go to grocery......Kroger. That's the only place she go's

We have Walmart and Target available, about the same distance from my house. We go to Walmart. I'm OK with it. Yes, the people there can be a bit strange, myself included. I don't like Target at all.

It was about four red wagons. The wagon holds a surprising amount of rock. About 2.5 buckets. The wagon is just the right length and width to catch all the rocks coming out. Having wheels is a bonus. Now if I can get a hydraulic dump mechanism for it I would be all set.

Target stopped carrying automotive in about 1998. That's when I stopped going there. Target's acceptance of transgender in the wrong dressing rooms does not sit well with me. There's just something wrong with that. Not that I'm trying on clothes at Walmart either.

First to answer Teddy, there does seem to be a different kinda people at Walmarts, its actually pretty bizarre and I dont know why.

Targets here have a horrible auto detailing section too, I will buy some Maguire's products from them, but in general its slim pickins. Walmart on the othwr hand has a wider assortment including Chemical Guys stuff. Walmart has Target beat big on automotive supplies fluids, filters etc. In some cases Walmart will only be like 2 cents cheaper than Target for the same product. The one thing I regularly buy from Target is dog food. Its a little cheaper than the same food at Petsmart nextdoor.

You guys need a Canadian Tire store.

Walmart here is terrible for automotive. CT is where it’s at. They even have Canadian Tire money you get as cash back when you shop.

Thanks for all the Walmart replies guys. I was always curious.

For F’s sake. I didn’t realize it was almost 11pm local time. I thought it was around 7pm. I don’t think it gets dark up here. I’ve never been here later than early June. 11pm. Seriously.
