I tried it at home because my damn power went out and I had an hour left on the baby backs I had going.
On the pipeline, I’ve seen guys start smoking stuff at 8:00am so they had a nice smoked lunch. That was on a generator though.
My portable smoker stays at my camper but I have tried to take it to work with me so I could use it as a BBQ for a hot lunch treat. It didn’t work with my Ram or Ford.
