BroncoRN, it's just my opinion but I think the hitch clamps are a lousy idea. The amount of force that a ball mount can exert on the receiver hitch - and especially a WDH - could cause that clamp to either just break or to cause issues with the receiver. I quickly switched from using the 2" WDH shank to a full 3" shank and I'm seeing no further deformation of the hitch pin hole. Without the reducer sleeves there's almost no noise.
My brother has that same scaffold. It came in very handy when I built shelves in his garage. You can just barely see the scaffold in the background on the right.
Jim, I don't have a lot of room to talk, and I don't mean to sound critical or anything, but your brother needs to organize that garage! LOL...

Yes, he does need to clean it up. He's made some progress. The ATV, which is hard to see in all that mess, has been sold. He's a Snap-On dealer. Some of the inventory in the picture has been returned. See that "pallet" in the foreground with the hand truck next to it? It's not really a pallet. Inside that is a top to a toolbox. The thing is very heavy, like 100+ lbs.
He has displays of how wrenches are made. And a display of dead blow hammers. There's no room in his truck for stuff like that, so why keep it?
If you think my brother's garage is bad, you should see my father's. It's really, really bad. Broken stuff not thrown away. Cans and bottles and piles of old nuts, bolts, screws and other stuff that I have no idea what it is. If dad dies before he cleans it out, I'm going to need a few of the full size roll-off dumpsters to get rid of it all.
My garage is better, but I still need to organize and dispose of things.
