I haven’t forgot about that form I’m not going to ghost everyone I do have some questions for it I’m getting injectors for it real soon and see if that clears it up but I’m trying to focus my attention to the ac right now once I’m done with the ac I will start the other form again I just seem like I was stressing myself have two forms going at the same time and dumping all this $$ into the ac

Your system has been open to atmosphere and moisture is in it. Nitrogen isn't fixing anything.
I have, and use nitrogen for pressure testing systems. It is accepted and common practice.

I always vacuum systems for 45+ minutes and believe this removes all moisture from systems, if there are no leaks.

In My Opinion, if you adequately vacuum your AC, there will not be moisture remaining from Oxygen/Atmosphere.

In My Opinion, Nitrogen is unnecessary.

I am an inexperienced and mostly uneducated goofball from Alaska that only recently started working on AC.

Do Not take my opinions as facts. Google that **** and form your own ideas.

Having said that, In the summer I now do several AC services and/or diagnosis every day.
ok I just wanted to make sure I was doing it right even if that was necessary. Does the solvent that you push through the lines and stuff does that just evaporate by itself or do I have to push air through it

The instructions from this flush kit...

Amazon Amazon

Say to spray the flush in, let it sit (dwell) 30 minutes IIRC, then blast it out with compressed air for 40 minutes.

I live in a high dust environment would the air compressor be ok to use ? I’m waiting this week to get paid so I can buy the refrigerant expansion valve and flush kit

Assuming theres no dust in your compressed air. You do want to keep the system as clean as possible, thats the point of the flush.

Wouldn’t a air compressor suck dust in and when I blast out the solvent it will just get reintroduced into the ac system

Ok so it’s taken me a lot longer to finish up the ac because the vender that I order parts from gave me a damaged condenser 3 separate times . after getting everything together my suction hose is kinked, it fits but it like it goes to another engine model and this one says it fits for the 7.3 and another thing is I went to pull a vacuum and turns out I have a huge leak . After I found what it was , it was the high pressure line that runs from the rear ac to the front it rubbed against the frame rail and rubbed the line raw how would I go about fixing these two problems?

Get with @Nicmike , I remember talking to him and he had the same suction hose problem just a month ago after replacement, don't remember how he worked through it. The aftermarket hose is not GoodYear brand/quality/material. If the liquid line that chaffed is NLA, you'll have to have a hydraulic hose shop or similar fit a new one.

Does anyone know where I could get a 3/8 aluminum line coupler I could braze ? I drove two hours to get a liquid line for my x to find out that the guy had chopped and bent the crap out of the line trying to get it out so I bought it any way thinking I could use it for parts for the liquid line on my x and I can’t find any kind of coupler that can be brazed on all that comes up is those splice kits

It's a long shot, but have you thought about buying the same hose for non rear A/C applications? You'll possibly be able to graft your rear A/C aluminum hose onto the new hose assembly. This will give you an OE part with the GoodYear rubber hose.
