Still waiting on mine. I might call in the a.m. and see if it's on its way.

Great results HRTKD and thanks for posting your experience!

I have cancelled my Flying J/Pilot card and the TSD card now takes its spot in my wallet. Much better discounts and works at more places.
When you cancelled, did you tell them why?

I was thinking of hanging onto my flying J/{pilot card for a bit as a just in case.

I have asked them a few different times why they don't expand it and then they basically said no.

I told them I found a much cheaper way to fill up and would not use the card again. It had a crack in the plastic and I had asked for a replacement via email twice.

I spoke to a call center overseas someplace near India when I cancelled and they acted like they didn't care and probably didn't.

Since my card was damaged anyway and I was not planning to use it any longer I didn't want it cluttering up my wallet or sitting in a drawer at home.

It is understandable you kept your card because the TSD program still seems too good to be true. Although, sometimes the average citizen like us gets a good deal.

If I need to get another Pilot/Flying J card in the future, I am sure they would be glad to take my money.

A benefit that I'm going to miss by not getting fuel at Flying J is that when I bring in my paper cup from another Flying J and get a refill on coffee I don't get charged for it. I don't think that's a common benefit. It may be just that one store in Cheyenne.

That may be something you miss, but I bet saving $20.00 in fuel will be a lot better than saving 50 cents on a coffee refill.

Byron, we look forward to your results!

Just paid $2.08 per gallon of diesel marked down from an advertised price of $2.59 and a savings of $25 on my fill up of just over 55 gallons.

Very grateful to have found this fuel card.

I just told a good friend of mine that yesterday was the first time I spent $115 at the pump and drove away with a smile!

Safe travels Rich and enjoy the journey as much as the destination.

Somehow my bank account info didn't get entered properly. I don't know if it was my fault or data entry on their part. It's taking a while to get resolved. Apparently they do not pre-authorize an account with a test transaction. That's short sighted on their part, but they said they're working on getting that in place. They called me yesterday to get the account number right. I called them today to check the status as I had not seen any transaction against my bank account.

It took them a few days after I called to do that transaction. It will be worth it. Yeah, the misplaced my application and I had to call, but she jumped right on it.
