Thanks for the 59 pic Bill, but in both the o-ring I need is the same 87147-S (T.38), and the Warn hub breakout looks the same to me for those 5 years of production, notice they all have pins, where did those actuators come from with no pins? funny the 61 manual in post #5 shows it with a Flat head screw and no pin.
That picture with the 2 5/8 ring on the cap looks like it might work fine, you're just looking for a little rubber protrusion that will make contact with the inside of the hub and there is wiggle room regarding compression. So I am going to hunt locally for something that might work. Found these at Grainger but shipping is stupid as I imagine it is getting any of these from anywhere.

I'll have to wait for this to be delivered but its 47 pages of information about the 1959 4x4 trucks. Might not be anything worthwhile in it but it looks promising.

Seal Kit

Good Afternoon. I know this is an old post, but I was wondering if you still have any kits available?
I have a 63 4x4 and need to rebuild both sides. Thanks for your help.

I see 3 available at NOS Parts LTD but they want $39.29 each for the kits.

https://nospartsltd.com/product/b9tz1097b/

That's going to be nearly $80 plus shipping for 2 kits. If you REALLY want the complete kits I can sell you 2 of them for $20 including shipping.

Good Afternoon.

I know this is an older post, but I have a 63 4x4 and I need to rebuild the front axle. Do you still have any of these kits available? I'll probably need 2.

Thanks for your help.

I took a look and don't have any of the kits left for sale.
