Defroster cones
I replaced my wiper motor the other day on my "62 Ford F100. I had to remove the heater hose running from the heater to the dash vent. As usual, things that didn't need to break did. The Cardboard cone connecting the heater hose to the dash vent fell apart. I have searched every where and can't find that particular part. Worst case scenario, I'll have to fab one. Was wondering if anyone knew these are sold, if they are sold. Any help would be greatly appreciated, tnx

As you have discovered those things were made of paper mache. If they aren't totally destroyed, you can glue them back together and give them a good coat of paint to reinforce them. LMC sells a hose kit with some one size fits all plastic ones in it.
