Why not use a chain binder? http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...3758_200673758
This way if you need to remove the chain it is easy and you don't need to deal with turning that thing you have LOL
BTW nice job on the cart

$2 vs 7+sh... no northerns near me cost worthy to driving to.... ill probably rarely take it off... plus i could always just as easily unhook the Dlink on the one side...
Finally fixed the wobbly side wall issue. Now the tail gate will stay closed when i want it to be closed used the turnbuckle thing like a chain binder...
Trailer looks good there Shaun. Nice work.

Tony, I switched from a side by side to a french door style. Love it, for me. I was warned that if I go with that style, what ever I want will always be on the side of the fridge that I didn't open. But that doesn't seem to be the case. Finding stuff in the freezer is also easy, I really do prefer it over the side by side style.
Congratulations on the purchase Marty. It's a good looking fridge.
Finally got some time out in the shop this weekend. Seems like everything is getting in the way time wise, always. Got a couple of items done on the F150, and started back working on the one ton's exhaust. Who know's maybe I'll get it finished up here in a couple of years. There are a couple of pieces I'm going to need to source, and unfortunately a quick check of the local LKQ shows that they don't have any of these trucks in right now. So going to have to look further afield I guess. There's always Denton though right?
Shhh.. it's Monday morning after a long weekend for me. I'm going to need double the amount of coffee to get through the day. On a bright note though.. A little time out in the shop worked out all the kinks in my neck and back.
Forgot to mention, that when cruising NC roads, that I didn't see any stop or road signs with bullet holes in them.
Not like VA where shooting at the signs seems the norm..
That's the one thing I don't like about it. Since it's only a half door in the fridge area, the ice bucket in there is tiny compared to the sided by side I had. So not really enough for a group. I've just put a can in the freezer that I keep ice in, to have extra\enough.

I bet. You've got a little one taking up a lot of your time now. Hope the family is doing well there Larry.
So on another note. Thinking about hosting a shop day here. It'd be nice to see anyone or everyone that can make it, but I've only got a few small projects that I need to work on so nothing to much to get done. I'll even cook something, but probably not smoked, as my smoker is a little rusty and leaks more smoke than it puts in the meat..
