I just got off the phone with Carli, and they confirmed - the Commuter 2.0 Kit is valved for the 6.7. They said it would absolutely be too stiff for the 6.2, and have heard that exact thing from customers who have tried it.
So... suggestions for getting the Commuter 2.0 look and feel dialed in for the 6.2? I'm all ears...

You could always try Accutune - They sell fox shocks and tune them for you
I’m just going to put this question in this thread to help consolidate this info. I have paralysis from analysis so I’ll ask all of y’all to chime in if you have an opinion. I want to get some method standards or double standards with a 2.5 pin top and AAPs and 37s. I just can’t decide on a 17x8.5 or an 18x9. I’m all about the ride but I don’t want to have a problem balancing the wheels. What’s the real deal 17” guys? Would you do it again or get 18s? Also does anyone know if a spare method with a 37x13.5 will fit underneath? Thanks!
Question 2 is a bit repetitive but I’ll ask. I want plush a ride first but can’t do Deavers without airbags and I don’t want airbags so AAPs are the only option. Have I noticed people are not liking the King AAP combo? I don’t mind spending the money on the kings just want to make sure it’s art money. Again thanks.

I also didn't want bags in the rear. But I also didn't want to lift the rear any - so I just put on 2.5" fox shocks in the rear and did nothing with the springs. With Carli's 2.5" springs in the front, I still had to add a .5" spacer to get the front level with rear.
As far as 17's - I love them. I am running 37x12.5 Toyo Open Country MT. The ride is excellent.

Ok cool thanks for the reply. When you say 2.5” fox shocks did you source them from elsewhere like Tricon? Thanks.
So I pulled the trigger the pintop 2.5, steering stabilizer, and 17 inch wheels. Austin from CJC was a cool guy to work with. So do I get 37x12.50s or 13.50s? Would you 37 guys with stock radius arms chime in please? Also anybody know if a 37 spare will fit underneath? Thank you!

A 37 is not going up under without some significant modification.
I have a '17 F350 6.7, Pintop 2.5, Carli track bar, stock arms, full pack Deavers, and Firestone air bags over Daystar Cups. Method standards at +18, 18 inch Grapplers 37x12.5.
At 12.5 I have a minor rubbing at full lock, not sure what 13.5 might do.
My truck with this setup drives and rides like an absolute dream. I have no complaints, everyone that rides in or drives it is amazed, and my wife no longer wants to drive our Lexus.
I don't understand the hesitation towards the full Deaver/air bag/daystar combo other than the additional investment. To me it's very flexible. Excellent ride unloaded and loaded and towing my 5th wheel air bag setup is perfect.
^ I went the Daystar cups route as well. Yes, long travel bags are nice (...and $900) but they only give you 13" of travel. A firestone bag with a Daystar cradle has zero limitations on travel since its not connected to the spring perch.
Sure the springs allow 15" of travel but has anyone actually checked numbers bump to droop with the shocks attached?
I have not. I would think measuring this would be difficult as I assume full extension and compression is not going to happen unless the truck is active.

Austin knows his stuff and he's who helped me with everything on my current set up. He should be able to give you a definitive answer; it'll largely depend on the offset of your new 17" wheels. For reference, I'm running 17x9's (w/ 5" BS or 0 offset) and went with 37x13.50' for the wider look. 100% satisfied with the 13.50's.

I don't think you'll have a significant difference in ride quality between 17's and 18's since they're so close in diameter. But it only seems like common sense that 17's would give you a better ride since they allow for a little more sidewall.
