Thanks I'm hoping to add 4wd to the 96 soon along with a zf5, then it is off to my 800hp goal if the wife lets me.

I took a load of scrap off yesterday, neted $188 bucks so gonna throw that at the new project. Then got the yard picked up a little before a last minute thrash to get my buddies truck ready for the big last night. Got up early and cut grass this morning, bout to head out to fire training in a little bit. Got 2 cats to torch...

I'm finally back on. I went several day's where I couldn't sign in, and had problems changing my password too.
Tim is working half a day today, and it's his last day at the dealership. This afternoon after he gets home from work, we're going to bring stuff down from the attic and see what we have.
Anybody want a nice office desk? I also have a smaller computer desk, and a corner stand that would hold a large t.v etc.

Bob,
How goes the packing? I'm still planning on coming out Thursday and watching, I mean helping you load up.

Got another coat on the bed done tonight. I was hoping to start on the cab in a couple of weeks, but then I realized that would be Mothers Day weekend. So may be busy.

We're getting the truck as early as possible and going to start loading. And weather guessers are calling for rain or storms late that day, and early Friday morning.
So if storms are coming in we may not be doing much. So check with me before you take off this way. And I do appreciate you offering to come out.

Depends on how bad the rain is, but I can bring the canopy to help keep people and stuff dry while loading. Assuming we also don't have that wind that we've been having the last day or so, otherwise the canopy may become an unregulated kite!

I'm hoping that we miss the rain, but the weather guessers sound like we're really going to get wet. If the yard is hard enough (and I doubt it) I'm wanting to set the truck so I can place the ramp right on the front porch. That is going to save a lot of steps.
We'll see how it all pans out. We're sure ready for it all to be over with.
Time to get busy. Y'all have a good day.

We're picking up the moving truck and start loading Thursday, and finish up Friday and get on the road.
And I sure plan on keeping in touch. And thank you.

Tim and I went at it pretty good today.
The attic is empty of our stuff, and we've started making piles of curb stuff, and keep stuff. Now to let Shari go through the two piles.
I've made my last dinner on the gas grill tonight. I'm going to see if a neighbor wants it. It really is in poor shape, but the burners keep on going, tho the tents over the burners were thrown away months ago.
The smoker is cleaned out and ready for the trip back too.

Y'all have a nice evening.

Unk Bob

Today we'll probably go through the mounds of stuff that are piled up in the kitchen. Then the yard mowed and trimmed for the last time, then clean the bottom of the mower, and empty the fuel from both.
We have a trip RDU around midnight tonight to pick up one of our neighbors from Ozark Mo.
The truck is supposed to be ready for pick up at 10:30 tomorrow morning, then we start going at it.

Sounds like your having too much fun there Bob. Need to slow down some.

Well it's a beautiful day out today. Anybody getting to enjoy it, or are we all stuck at work?

I agree...beautiful day. Just a little muggy though.

Got the yard cut and loaded the machine onto the trailer to go in the morning and cut the in-laws grass. FIL had eye surgery yesterday and will be stuck inside for a few days.

Be Good.

I was stuck at work in the middle of one of the fueling points for the Harriers... plenty of the "Sound of freedom" going on out there.
