I rarely get out the weed wacker, unless they are really tall. But i did get out the riding mower. Was able to bend the blade on it and noticed that was burning oil. Dang thing only has 115 hours on it.

Anything that I can't reach with the zero turn gets Roundup. Last night I tried to get those stubborn hydraulic filters off and almost killed myself when the mower fell. I put it away, came in the house and ordered a quality filter wrench and a jack to properly lift the mower.
The Kawasaki engine on mine took about 30hrs to break in and it hasn't used a drop of oil since. Almost 100hrs on it now. I'm using Rotella T-5 10w30.
I get out the weed eater about once a year to get around the edge of the pond. I wait until the last possible minute to break out the mower too. Even though I bought that nice brand new mower last year.
