Retrax took care of my issues really quick I called last Friday and by this Friday I received my replacement. Had time between lunch to install it. Fitment was great on this new bed cover. One thing I noticed the different part numbers not sure what all changed but retrax got me squared away quickly.
That's the original bed cover number they sent me.
Here is the new number of the bed cover that fit perfect
I ordered my Diamondback HD this morning. Needed something that folded, front access was not completely nescessary but what I had on my last truck with the k cover, and wanted it to last. My k cover was falling apart after 6 years and needed replaced. Paid about twice the price of the back flip I was considering, but it's what I wanted and figured buy once, cry once.
Strange, I don't see the 84383 on the Retrax website. They list the 6.75 bed as 80383.
I did the same thing when I unboxed it and saw the numbering I was like crap they sent me the wrong one again. But I installed it and it was correct. Took me a little bit to get it lined up but it works great.
Installed the tonneau last night. It's a little tight now but slides easier each time. I've made some adjustments to make it slide easier. I luv this tonneau and I'm happy I went with the pro max finish. It's solid and feels like it can definitely handle the advertised 600 lbs. I will let it "cure" for another 48 hours and see how things progress, but it's been fantastic thus far.
Hopefully I'll get my replacement canister soon. Were the sides of your new one still clear plastic? Thumper911 mentioned his replacement had metal sides.
My Undercover Ultra Flex arrived the other day. Looks like a very nice cover and can't wait for the truck to get here so I can install it. It comes carpeted on the underside for a nice finished look, has LED lights underneath and has a soft saddle storage bag that was included. It also arrived soon enough to send off for a free fishing rod offer! They were holding off on the covers as a suppliers factory had a fire but they are now shipping them. I have a regular Flex on my F150 and it's been a great cover for 4 years.

I'm not sure Gary, my F150 has the solid top bedrails but it looks like they would easily be clear. The pictures on the website look like they do on other trucks. Maybe try giving them a call? Just giving options to people.
Here are some pictures of mine (standard Flex) after 4 years and 80,000km of use. It gets opened and closed probably 3-4 times a week just to load hockey gear, not to mention the hundreds of times camping and on road trips, and has held up really well. Here are some pics I took the other day in order to sell it when the new truck comes in.

This looks like a great option. The carpet, saddlebag ,and LED are standout features. Not seeing any specs on weight limit "evenly distributed" as they say. Any info on your packaging or from the old F150 real world use?
Might be a dumb question as I don't plan to stand on mine but it's a spec given by some competitors.
I haven't stood on mine or put a lot of weight ON it but it did have a lot of wet snow this winter which is very rare where I live. I'm sure there was several hundred pounds on there. When I priced these out it was cheaper than the Backflip and had more options. Mine was $825 shipped anywhere in the USA.
That's odd, I'm positive they make both. Maybe it's just delayed due to supplier issues like I mentioned. The short box one was delayed and just started up aopparently.
