Well I finally got one-- (Well my wife Did) - She finally decided that I was not going to give up and so she picked one. We drove to Genava NE to get it-- We stopped and ate at the Buffalo Roam on the way home with my folks--- and saw a dear olld friend whos mom was having a bday party at the Roam-- WHat a great weekend--- Camper is 8ft slide in box camper from 1996- stove heat and add on AC-- sleep 3 or 4 comfortably-- everything is like new-- Came home in a really heavey wind and it did great!-- Wifey drove it and backed it up into the driveway- and she didn't complain at all!-- it weighs about 800 empty.-- Took a little over a year and a half to get one-- but I am so far pretty happy-- and it was cheap! :-)
Well checked out the camper a little better-- Battery works :-)-- all lights work- power plugs and recepticales all work-- Starting putting some stuff inside tonight and cleaning.
Too bad there wasn't a way to offload it on to your trailer easily. Nice thing is, if it is up on jacks, it shouldn't have a problem keeping mice out of it.
