Did you have a leaking coolant cap or puker? You might look carefully, I had a issue like that and even though I hd good numbers the EBP sender was FUBAR.
No on the coolant. Had EBP sensor problem last summer and cleaned tube out and replaced EBP. Cleaned tube when turbo was replaced. EBP cleaned 2 days ago. No change.
When you pressure tested the intercooler was it in the truck or did you remove it? Have you pressure tested the entire system with air and soap including the intake manifold gaskets? Make a boost leak fitting out of a PVC cap and a regulator you can install at the inlet to the turbo and pressure the system as one unit. If no leaks my guess would be a sensor. Even the smallest leak can cause issues.

Done in truck held PSI. That was back in post 25 or so I think. Lol What sensor? Everyone say data logs look good and numbers are within spec.
Ok last question. Are you having Drive ability problems or are you looking at the numbers and thinking there is something wrong? The boost numbers will jump and fall depending on conditions, TPS position, grade no grade etc. I will follow along now and hopefully learn something this is definitely an odd situation.

Please read first couple posts. It's a drivability problem. Looking at numbers isn't showing anything.
Got truck back from the dealer. LOW FUEL PRESSURE coming from the fuel pump. Replaced pump and she runs like a champ now. All of the problems are gone. Thanks for everyone's help.
Excellent! Glad ya got her fixed! Hopefully injectors didn't starve too much. Fuel pressure guage install will be #1 priority as far as guages go once I tear into it. Dang injectors are too expensive to not monitor fp.
Full throttle no load it will hit 29psi. All of the drivability problems gone. Drive just like it did before all the problems started. Thank for your help.
I'm a need to know why kind of person. The blue spring is designed to ensure the pressure doesn't go below 45psi during WOT. The truck can't really see the actual pressure the pump is making. So I'd assume it was just running out of fuel as it does also help it make boost. Unlike a gasser, you need fuel and air to reach peak efficiency and it won't run lean, just run out... hope that makes sense. It never dawned on me to check that.
I have seen and read of others here saying that the blue spring was worn out and the truck didn't stay above 45psi at WOT. If possible and not much effort, I'd throw a gauge on her to verify you are above that number. Harbor Freight sells an oil pressure test kit for $30, has all the fittings included, #62621. Might be a good investment.

I was told that the pump wasn't keeping the upper bowl full. Pressure is 68psi now. He said pressure was good untill the upper bowl ran low then my boost would drop untill the pump could fill the biwl back up. Thats how I took it anyway. Hope this helps someone else out if they experience the same problems.
I was just glad that someone else understood what I was talking about. The tech said when he drove it it felt like the rear brakes were holding the truck back but only when you tried to accelerate. He said he has only seen two trucks have this problem. The first one was about a month ago. So when he seen the data and then drove it he knew exactly where to look.
