Sorry, been busy. Check the intercooler plastic inlet and outlet? And on the pressure side boots where it's reinforced with the spiral wire.
I'm doing a turbo swap tomorrow, I'll check the thread. I've been on a phone only, can't see a zip file very well, it's a jumbled mess of numbers.

I pressured the system today to 20psi using a boost tester a buddy had. Basically it's a PVC cap with an air fitting in it. Couldn't find anything leaking. Makes me think it's a sensor giving a bad reading. I scanned it with all 3 of my scanners got the same codes. Today was the first time I have had my check engine light come on since I've owned the truck. For EGR insufficient flow.

The means the EGR is dirty, if it's still there. If your deleted, then it normally takes a tuner to turn it off.
You could try unplugging the EGR, it will set a code, see it that helps.
Them I'd consider replacing or cleaning the MAP.

The EGR cooler is gone the EGR is plugged in but written out of tune. I've been running stock tune trying to find out my problem. I take it thats why the PCM can't find any flow.

I think after today I'm going to get a new MAP. Is it possible for the MAP numbers to read ok KOEO,at idle, and high idle but still be bad. Maybe just under higher boost. Did you get a chance to look at the log file yet?

That would be correct, soft code for no flow.
The MAP numbers are low.

Air filter replaced, connections validates for integrity, that leaves with MAP or MAF.
