Sorry I couldn't get file to upload from my phone. Started log file after I set cruise at 55mph. Steady speed and you can see boost going up and down. Road was flat.

Sorry Will. I'll look at the morning zip file this morning, was a rough day yesterday at work, visited the Vet last night.

I do see the first log file shows EBP dropped and RPM was constant. Try wiggling the wire to EBP and see if you can force the change while watching Torque in real time.

Can't remember, are you EGR deleted?

Yes EGR deleted but still plugged in. I'll try to wiggle the wire ASAP but will do most of the work this weekend. It's cold outside. It's going to be 60 this weekend so I'm planning on jumping into everything then. Thanks for all your help so far. Hope all is good at the Vets.

Dog will be fine, thanks for asking.

For today and tomorrows drive, display EBP, Boost, MAP and VRef. I want to see if there's a correlation. VRef should be 4.8-5.0v. Lets see if VRef remains steady when the boost issue happens.

MAP-BARO=Boost and looking at the morning drive file, MAP is fluctuating when it occurs, BARO is constant and boost drops. Have you a real gauge for boost as the digital display only does the math and that's what it displays. Curious to see real boost number, not necessary to buy a gauge.

When it happens, can you tell the boost comes off and trucks down on power? Engine noise change? Did you clean the MAP sensor with something or just brush it off and replaced the hose leading to it?

Will do. I didn't do anything to the MAP sensor just replaced the hose. My gauge on the dash matches my torque pro but I don't have a separate mechanical gauge. Truck runs fine just down on power. Boost builds quick with a max boost of about 22 or 23psi unloaded. Just doesn't feel like it used to pull at that boost. Exhaust at idle doesn't sound the same. Doesn't have that jet sound like it used to. Doesn't sound like the air is coming out with the force it used to have. Before and after the new turbo. My old turbo had a squeak at start up. After I replaced it I thought I that would fix all the problems with the boost. The squeak is gone and the ring on the old one was stuck but I still have the boost issue. I'll try and post up what you asked for in the morning working 3rd shift (10p-6a) Thanks again for you help. Glad to hear the dogs ok.

EBP commands the reply when you step down.
MAP commands how much to give and I'm leaning toward a bad MAP sensor.
Let's see the numbers in the morning.

Thats where I was looking but didn't want to toss dollars at it without being sure. I'll data log my trip to work again tonight and post up file when I get home tomorrow morning. Have a good day talk to you tomorrow. Thanks

Can always toss a salvage yard MAP sensor at it if you can find one.
Did you take the hose off both ends, blow through it and check to make sure nothing is sticking inside the port of the sensor itself?

Oops, I see you used a new hose, so no problem there.

Replaced the hose and used trimming wire to clean port out. Never even removed the MAP sensor. Intake should be clean the EGR was deleted long ago.

Any codes? Is Torque the only reader or do you have ForScan? If not, download ForScan for Windows, set the comport correctly to see the OBD dongle and scan it. It does a really good job of a deep scan, ECM, PCM and everything.

My take on your log file, Row 22 of the Log:

The air management looks fine.

BUT, fuel management changes:

The ICP Volts drop causing less power - then ECM is commanding VGT to increase in order to compensate and keep MPH.
