Well there's a waste of 55 bucks. New MAP and no change. Boost still drops off and fluctuates. Anyone have any other ideas before I toss this thing off a cliff. Lol

Last ditch before starting all over - unplug the MAF and test drive.

Still possible it's EBP related. I realize it's only 6 months old, but need to confirm it's working properly

Which means we need to see MAP, BARO and EBP at Key on engine off, they should all read ambient pressure. Then again at idle. Then again under acceleration - don't crash the truck.

How would the MAF have any affect on boost being erratic?

I'll post up those numbers when I get home from work. I checked them first and they were ok. I even cleaned the EBP tube again last Saturday when I checked all of my connections again. Wiggled all the wires and connections also with no change in numbers useing live data.

I love getting responses late at night. I work 3rd shift so it's nice to see that I'm not the only one up. Lol

It was something I saw today on a gas motor, I know on some of these the calibration does not use - this is a complete guess

But you still have a temp sensor in that package.
That helps with the charge density.
The best way to check things would be with IDS and
to a turbo test.

I did not catch the pre-test baseline.

Give it a few to upload.
