We had all that snow before the leaves even turned color, after that they started to change and drop, then we got a very heavy frost and high winds that pretty much cleared all the trees but the elms out back. They are all bare now and I raked up 90% of what fell after all the snow melted. We have about an inch of snow on the ground now..
We're getting some snow today, about an inch so far, there's racing on the TV all afternoon so I'm entertained. We got a big snow dump before the leaves fell but as the snow melted the leaves fell and it took a few days for them to dry out enough to rake.
Good afternoon everyone.
Hello Shaun, how`s your day going?

Thank you for this Remembrance Day post John.
Hello Steve, do you work this evening?
I know how you feel about big cities John, I could never live in one either.
We only got a dusting of snow over night, not enough for me to get the Bobcat out for and likely we`ll get more again tonight.
I lived in that rat race for the first 24 years of my life Morris, after living where I am for a couple years and then traveling there for a visit convinced me I never wanted to go back to Toronto but still wouldn't mind maybe in one of the smaller towns just for the shorter winters..
Happy Sunday All. Been doing body work on Jordan's Beater 05 Pontiac G6 this weekend. Now it's time to cover newly bought cedars, and if the wind dies down, put up the snow fence. Stayed home from Kalan's game today. I took him yesterday, and they lost, maybe I'm a jinx. Hope they win. gotta go, and do chores. I also have to put Dawn's snow tire's on tonight. GO BOMBER'S GO.
A friend retired this fall and moved to Nanaimo this fall John, on a cold, dark and dreary day like we just had I think I should have too. Good to hear that your panel is all together now, don`t forget your neighbor this Christmas.
Good luck to Kalan on today`s game Grant.
Again the Riders come up short after a pretty good season Perry. How did the Fords do at Nascar?
I don't pay much attention to car brands in racing anymore as they're pretty much all spec racers with make and model stickers, it's like funny cars, its just 1 hemi versus another hemi in a different wrapper. Must have been chilly in Regina today, close game that could have gone either way with some calls.
I'm going to have to do something for my neighbor Perkins as he keeps coming over with the day old sandwiches from the casino he socializes at. The staff gives them to the seniors every day when they restock the deli, comes in handy getting 4 or 5 of them a week.
That's good to hear that the neighbors are always looked after John.
It's pretty much that way Perry, another reason I quit paying any attention to Nascar yrs ago. Good to see that food isn`t being waste.
