Some car shows do have costs attached to them, advertising and such and others give it to non profit charities. Having said that I still don`t like the idea of entrance fees, it should be spectator fees.
We did get a little more rain and it`s cloudy again but I`m not holding my breath.

Good evening folks
We've been getting those short showers out here also, they either come in the early morning or late at night Morris. I like the club sponsored parking lot shows that are hardly advertised.
This reno/update that I'm doing sure is starting slow, but I'll be putting down paint in 2 days so it will start picking up. This one has a kitchen to replace, a wall to remove, 2 walls get reskined and 2 laminate floors get replaced. Right now the rooms that are easy to finish are getting done first While I find cupboards and tile for the kitchen.

Looks like this weather cell is still centered over our area for a while then it may visit your area. I have no idea how our grass and plants didn`t turn brown with the hot weather we had in the past month.

We've been getting those late night early morning showers for close to a week now, they're not big but it all adds up. Rather have these rains than none or an all day pour.
I get to do some creative renovating today and tomorrow, should save some time, work and costs, its the type of thing most contractors hate as it involves reusing the materials on site instead of wrecking it all, dumping it and buying new.

We have very little showers but even that was welcome. We got more rain today, all together it was almost three inches.
I like to reuse what I can. My son, who builds decks for a living, laughs at me since his time is way too valuable to waste time pulling nails to reuse boards.
