I couldn't resist getting duplicates of equipment that I already have as the price was so good. It was such a nice day weather wise yet nobody came out for the equipment, most of the stuff I got was on my second bid, no one else bid on the milling machine, good thing that I don't need a digital read out to operate them. I learned basic machining on a machine like the one that I bought. Wait until everything gets unpacked on the weekend and I have all the drawers cleaned out and the cart of crap sorted, then we'll see what was really bought.

Likely you could sell of what equip duplicates you don`t want and further your garage fund. Weird that on a nice day not many came out but that`s good thing.
I sure like the idea of 2 drill presses, 2 metal bandsaws, 2 grinder stations but don't mind getting rid of some of the things that I have 3 to 6 copies of. Yard sales will take care of that and should bring in some extra work, it does pay to be the neighborhood handyman who has a do everything work shop.

My new 600+ lb toy, I need to stand a\on the back of the hoist to counter balance it and every time I pump up the hoist the hoist tips forwards and I need to lean back in order to get the rear wheels back on the ground. It took 4 big guys to unload it off a pickup truck onto a 4 wheel moving dolley.
