It`s not in the 40's here today Shaun but at least it`s almost up to the freezing mark, feels great after all the -40`s we`ve been having.

That would do it. I used to do Bobcat work with a duct line construction crew back filling, I never did get to see what was under ground or inside the vaults the lines.

I'm not sure either. I know we have alot of stuff underground for our campus. Including our fiber optic cable runs. One of those runs alone is over 7,000 feet long.

That`s a lot of lines, any idea of why water coming in?
Before our lines were back filled here everything had to be tested.
