I've got a well balanced diet, lots of garden veggies to go with my meat and potatoes and have never taken vitamin pills. It's when we get these cold spells or if it gets to humid that I have to be careful as I lose lung capacity and function. I went years without getting sick and then my lungs started to act up.

My problem is that I don`t eat a well balanced diet, I`m not big on most vegetables but I do love my meat and potatoes so I feel I should take vitamin pills in the winter. As far as I know my lung capacity and function are ok tho I smoke a pipe.

I've got 19 speaker boxes with about 60 speakers in total, it never goes above 30% as I want to keep my hearing but you get to hear every note and sound of what your listening to. 1000 watts of amp and 1560 watts of speaker, I could make the deaf hear if I wanted to. lol Spent the day loading up the truck with some of the heavy pieces that were left at the old place and now have to get them into the garage. We had some of that pellet snow today which was a whole lot better than the rain other parts of the city got.
