Good evening folks.
These big doors are about 60 years old so they have stood well Gerry.
My lawn isn`t really Grant but not as bad as before.

Good evening gents

I miss the days of living in a normal town, the stupidity level in this place is reaching an all time high.

All this contractor has to do is to put on the fence panel boards, I give him lots of room so that they will be flush on top or even up to 3/8s below the top and he does this so that he can do this.

The majority of contractors in this town go out of their way to screw things up so this is perfectly normal. My customer base knows that I won't tolerate this crap and theres site managers still calling to see if I'll come out of retirement or to work on their personal projects.

Surprised they didn't use a chainsaw...lol pretty shoddy workmanship, could probably find kids at the play park that could do better..

During our housing boom there were paint jobs that looked like they painted over the drywall mud without final sanding it, walls that were up to 2" out of plumb and landscaping was up to 3 years behind schedule. I had quit or walked off so many jobs because of shoddy workmanship or had been fired for being overly critical of shoddy jobs that I was hired by 3 site managers in the same developement to do pre warranty work. If the site manager saw something being done wrong the contractor was pulled and I got called in to correct and finish the job, worked good for 2.5 seasons.

It is mind boggling the things contractors try to get away with. I have seen so many examples that it doesn't even surprise me anymore.

I actually enjoy working on a strict site as it insures that you work to your best abilities and the flunkies get kicked to the curb.
