Not much more for snow but a high of -12 with a north wind, really cold shoveling out a path to the door and then picking up my auction score. Got me a 8.5' long wall unit for $241.50, the first reserve was 1800 and the 2nd reserve was 1400, this thing is massive. Split it in half and am using the bottom piece for a plant table/ credenza under the front window and the top half is a TV stand and display cabinet plus I can surround and cover it with my sound system. Feels good having a house full of antique furniture without having to pay the dealer stroke on it. now its time to go after a couch and detail pieces.
Sure was fun laughing at people trying to remember how to drive in the snow.
Not much snow here but it`s still coming. -10°C and not much better for a high tomorrow.
Congratulations on your wall unit, sounds like you`re getting well organised. I love my computer sound system, YouTube has some real nice older music.
I don`t like driving in the snow but it`s a fact of winter around here.
Doin Great. It's snowing here now, and we have to go out of town for hockey after lunch. I can't see the highway from my front window. It's about a 1/2 mile away. The rink is about 18 miles north of us. Gotta get my snow drivin practice in. I used to love the snow, and driving in it. Not so much any more. How'r you doin?
John: This is our 1st real snow. I still haven't put up our snow fence. Maybe tomorrow. It's hard with Jordan working weekends. I could use his help pounding in the post's. My neighbour planted a bunch of tree's in the path of my snow fence, so I may not bother this year. I'll still have to fence around my septic field, but thats a half height fence, and goes up easy. Have a great day.
