Easy day today, will make up for it tomorrow, yard should start looking like a yard soon. May have a stone patio and bbq area to pick up this weekend, should add some jazz to the joint. I want future tenants praying that they're going to qualify to move in.
Happy Hump Day All. Colin: Give Mathew a big high 5 from me! We have one more week before city final's. Game tonight will be cancelled do to the rain. Last night Kalan Had 2 pitches smack dab just above his catcher's mask cage. He actually pulled himself out of the game. He woke up with a severe headache. I called the doc, and he said to keep an eye on him, so I stayed home. He's feeling good now. No more headache. No nausea, or vomitting. Happy Birthday Morris!
I hope Kalan is okay. I have taken a lot of ***** of the mask, been hit in the back of the head with bats and collisions at home base. I wonder from time to time how many concussions i've had. There is a reason they call catchers equipment the tools of ignorance. The worst part is Matthew wants to be a catcher in the worst way.
Another to long day, by the time I got home to stay it was 10 again, weather was cold, windy and looked like crap but it blew out by noon. Tomorrow should start showing the results of my labour and it will feel like something is getting done again, saturday might be the first load of paver stones, looks like theres going to be a few loads coming in before this part of the job gets started.
Good evening John and Perry.
We did finally got some rain, the wind was really wild till after supper.
I prefer paving stones over concrete, it always cracks in time.
What I like about pavers is that I'm paying about. 20c on the $ for them and am getting paid to put them in. Can afford to get fancy this way and will have a job that I can put into a portfolio. It'll also make it easier to get qualified tenants.
