I don't know why it happens like this but when the rain comes here it seems to last for weeks at a time..seems like the clouds just linger..
Just like our dry spell is lingering, in this area we`ve got very little, mostly the odd shower.

This should be a good thing moving into this new place, maybe I'll buy it. lol
Don't know what they'll be asking for the place but it'll be coming up in the next few days. Right now I'm making sure theres another $4700 coming in by the end of the month, still have between 12 and 1500 to go depending on what my costs are to work. The overlapping rents and damage deposit are the biggest hurdle but by August 1st everything will be back to normal cost.
I wish you lived in my area. I had so many problems with my one rental that I turned it over to a rental agency. The other one is doing well, I have the same good renters after 4 yrs....which is rare.
I just ran the purchase numbers on this place with a high purchase price and no money down and it works out to what my expenses would be now on the new place now. Think it may be worth going for, will run it by the accountant and see what kind of fit she has.
Even though I`ve never rented a place just paying rent seems like a waste of money to me. Plus the amount each month should stay the same unless interest rates go up.
Happy Father's Day Mornin'all. John the Base fit's great. Just one bolt hole is off enough, that I can;t start the bolt. I'll open up all the bolt hole's, when I weld on the front tabs. Thanks again! Have a great day guy's.
Happy Father's Day to everyone here.
Hope your wife feels better soon John. My wife took me out for supper and after we got home she had an upset stomach.
I got a lump of coal then I went to the graveyard to visit my Dad & Mom,
I left flowers at the head stone, Mom likes that
Thanks for the reminder Gerry, time to visit my folks grave`s.
Hello John, Grant. You can send that rain here any thing you feel like it Grant.
I got 4 replacement door panels for my 01 F250 Super Crew from a fellow in Manitoba that sent them here with his friend delivering Goodon Industries building package to Alberta saving about $100 in shipping.
Long day today, didn't get home until 10 and I was never more than 500' away from my front door. Got another 6 to 8 weeks of this but at least it will get me in shape and should have benefits. I'm getting a lot of strong pushes to buy this place. Lots of fencing to do this week followed by clean up and landscaping, this one will be a portfolio job.
Turns out that my cousin Cameron in the Winnipeg area is into these older trucks also.
