The passengers side bank looks OK. One had a bad copper washer. Only one injector was a reman,the rest where factory. 2 have the tips a blues tint to them no cracked tips at all. I got to order some cup brushes to clean them properly and I'm going to call Holder diesel Monday.......I may go that route
Took Sunday off from wrenching on anything, so today I got to looking for the best deal on injectors. 6.0 injectors.com has the best deal on Ford remans,Holder diesel has the best rep as to rebuilding them. I hemmed and hawed over what I'm going to do,going with Holder saves me 650.00 big ones, but using Ford gives me 2 years warranty unlimited mileage. Also 6.0 injector.com is cheaper by 22 dollars over my local Ford dealer per injector........I got to sleep on this tonight
As long the MC remans come from a dealer, that would be my choice. I bought a set online and after reading the fine print they only had a 1 yr warranty, when I questioned it they said they were not a dealer. They went back and I ordered a set from Autonation.
Well it looks like the dealer for me. I thought about it and they are right down the road. Maybe they will match the price, I don't know. Doesn't hurt to ask. I would have liked to try Holder Diesel,heard good things about them,would have saved me some money too.
OK, I'm getting whiplash here. Just to be clear, jsm180 told his story about some online dealer, not 6.0L injector who you listed, who does state a full 2 year warranty. Not that I have an issue getting from a dealer, as that's my normal path. I just wanted to clarify.

Got 8 Ford remamed sticks today. Went with local dealer,Freehold Ford. Dave took care of me,205 a stick and a 10 dollar rebate from Ford on each stick that I have to send in. That makes it the same as 6.0injector .com. I got to hand it to those guys, they know their product and how to take care of their customers. I got to cleanup some stuff and in the go tomorrow if weather willing.

I can see why you would be expecting Motorcraft boxed parts, and glad you pointed out the scam. You go to the warranty and it's not the Ford warrantee.
