Nice to know you got them to work. I have not added any IKT's to my truck. The regular 80 bit SA keys I use have not given any Security Faults when programming nor when starting the truck. Is strange you get the fault and they still work.
I have only one key fob. I have replaced the battery a few times. This last time it quit, I replaced the battery but it still does not work. I have found a replacement fob on amazon. If I get that how can I program it?

If you have no working remotes, I think you will be visiting your dealer for sure.

When the IKT (key with the remote fob attached) is programmed, it programs the buttons on the IKT.
You can buy the IKT's off eBay or Amazon. They will need to be cut to fit your locks.
If you have only one key, you will have to go to a locksmith or dealer to have the two keys programmed. Once you have two keys programmed, you can add additional keys.
Why your current key/fob stopped working, no clue. They usually never give problems.
I took my key fob to the local auto parts store and they tested it with a device they had in the store. The man tested it twice and it worked both times. So, the problem is not the key fob. I checked the fuses that I thought relate to the keyless entry and both tested good. Unless I missed one I don't know where the problem lies. Can anyone help me there? Thank you for any help some of you may have posted. I figured out how to reprogram my RKE Fob on my own.
I talked to a tech at my local Ford dealer, he suggested a method to reprogram the fob. Then I went online to Wikipedia and found another way to reprogram it. I tried both and finally the locks cycled and now it works fine.

Have you tried going through the remote programming instructions via this website? http://www.keyfobprogram.com/
OK, so I bought a couple of keys from eBAY. Problem is, I cannot find anyone who will cut them for me. Local hardware store says NO, you didnt buy them here. I go to local locksmith, says NO, those are stainless steel, will ruin my cutting wheel. (pretty sure thats BS, never seen a stainless steel key).
Who do you guys get to cut the keys? I feel like they think I'm a crook trying to steal someones vehicle.

Dealer cut both of mine since I had to pay them to program them.
Trying to now decide if the keyless, push button, start systems are better or worse. In this case there would be no cutting of keys if that was the case.
And now that they want us to use our smart phones as the key... I can only imagine the headache that could ensure. Especially since no one loses or upgrades their smart phone... (sarcasm)
