You can't always go by their list of vehicles. You do not see many Super Duties with a standard PATS key. Most are IKT's with 3 or 4 buttons.
An 80 bit key with SA stamped on the key, it should program with no problem. I have 3 keys similar to this one that works just fine with my truck even after the dealer told me they won't work.
I use a remote entry fob from the late 90's 2000's in addition with this key even thought my truck came with the IKT's for remote start.
If you feel uncomfortable buying the keys, by all means do not buy them.

Well spent an hour at the dealership today and told me I was good to go, got back to work and buttons don't work & when I use the Amazon key, it says "starting system fault" on the screen. Going to drop back off at the dealer tomorrow morning.
I just hope it isn't the H&S that is causing the trouble. I think they have to unplug it from the OBDII to program the key. If it is a problem with the H&S, IDK what to do because stock computer isn't obviously going to like the exhaust and no EGR.
Ok cool. Hopefully that will cure it if they can't get it programmed without doing that. Should be able to do that just through the mini max correct?
I'm not a mini Maxx owner but I assume it can take you back to stock. I have not tuned or deleted my trucks in a long time, but when I dropped them off i would return them to stock. Obviously that is a pita when you delete...
Only other potential issue is that the amazon key is defective.
The HS tuner should have no affect of programming the keys. They hook the IDS computer to the OBDII port via the VCM-II. They go into the vehicle security section to program the keys. The instructions tell the tech that it requires two pre-cut keys. The setup first deletes the current programmed keys (all of them not just the two from factory) and when finished it tells the tech to insert first key so it can be programmed and a few moments later asks for the second key. This process not only ID's the key to the truck but will program the buttons on the key if the keys are IKT keys.

Ok. Well then probably the first key they tried was faulty. Dropping it off this morning so I'll update when I hear back from them.
Well after all day at the dealership, I personally ended up figuring it out the issue myself via Google. Ended up finding this ensure that told me how to program the actual FOB itself: Home - Free Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob Programming Instructions. Took about 3 minutes and good to go. Only one slight issue but I can live with it, when I start the truck with either Amazon key, the screen displays "starting security fault" for one second then disappears. Truck runs and drives completely normal with the Amazon keys. $35 for two keys is way cheaper than the dealer quoted me for one factory eye, $180. Thanks for everyone's help.
