Used to be a Veterans Rehabilitation Group around that would take cars and use them for teaching auto repair in their vocational rehab programs for vets. Haven't seen an add for a while and can't seem to find any local references to them. Will check at the local vets club this weekend.
Should be one of those groups still around somewhere. I once bought a boat that had been a donated "rehab". Maybe I can find some old papers around here that might have a number or something on it.
Failing that is option #2, possibly donating it to Make a Wish Foundation. They take cars and either repair and sell / or scrap them out and use the funds to fulfill the wishes of the Kids. Just don't know if they would come this far out of the Portland Metro area to pick one up...
