Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Quick flyby and then, with the time change, I still have time to go out and play with the new pressure washer.

Well, there are the hairless weird looking ones.....You have to be rather specific when you are talking with a couple of sailors and the occasional coasty. He didn't specify feline kitty cat!

I was an innocent Catholic Country kid alter boy thrown out into a big mean evil world and wouldn't know a thing about "those" cat houses. From the screaming I heard coming from the head, I made a very conscious decision early on to stay a good innocent Catholic Country kid and avoid those places like the plague!
However, we once returned to our deployed Home Port in the Pee Eye from Iran and Cocos Keeling Islands Australia. When I went to check in the a/c maintenance book I found the following sign on the Flight Ops and Maintenance Chiefs Door....
"From Special Operation Command, CTG 72.3: Congratulations. You have won 2nd Place for the highest VD rate of any Unit at the Subic Bay Naval Complex. 1st place went to the USS Constellation. Please try harder next month! The Admiral is not pleased!"
Thankfully, my crew and I were leaving for Taipei the next morning to play games with the Red Chinese and then on to U-Tapao Thailand to play games with the Cambodians and Vietnamese.
Bummer on the cat bite John......hope it's all taken care of now....those can be nasty.
I spent most of the day on the tractor....repairing all the potholes in the driveway of my mom's house....potential buyer coming Wednesday......
Ground was white this morning...then the sun came out....then it snowed again....and repeated this cycle many times as the day went on...
Glad everyone made it through Monday...(Saturday ?)

My hand is a little more swollen today and really sore, I'll give it another day to see if these pills start to work. It's a little cooler here this morning with cloud cover, only 35° though...
Was at the doc's yesterday, I'm on antibiotics but it is more swollen today and more painful. I've been soaking it in hot salt water too. If there is no signs tomorrow that it is getting better I'll go back to the doc..
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Up to 35°, wow a 1° improvement in the last 3 hours or so. Wet and rainy again.
Dang John, that must have been a heck of a bite. Sorry for the earlier attempt at humor thought we were talking about a little bite like I get once in a while playing with our cats, but never anything like that. Healed up in a day or two.
Was this a feral cat or a house cat? If it was an outside cat or a cat that spends time outside, has it had its rabies shots? The doc probably already went over all that though.
I never noticed this cat wandering around before, there are so many strays around here I'd like to see an open season on them. The humor and kidding don't bother me Jim, I rather get a kick out of it. It's feeling a little worse today, more swelling than yesterday. Will go see the doc again tomorrow if it doesn't improve..

Do see the Doc again......This could get very bad very quick......Please don't be the tough guy.
Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Gave up at dark and came into the house. Put on my rain gear and hip boots and been giving the new pressure washer a work out. Got the green off the outside of the boat...23' on the port side, 23' on the starboard side, 8' on the stern and then the top deck and bottom of the hull.
Took time to go down and get the car from the shop. Corey found that not only had the one belt broke it screwed with the other belt, wrapped around the front axle. Both belts had to be replaced, and anti-freeze replaced.
So, since I had it here at the house, and it had spent the winter in storage, I cleaned the green off of it as well. Normally don't have quite so much of that stuff growing. Some, but not a bunch. This year though it is like moss fertilizer has been thrown on everything. The lawn is even full of it.
