We are storing ours in FL this year. It'll make it easier to get down there & enjoy the weather. The last few years we towed down & everything was caked with salt. Trying something new this year. We spent October is this spot. I rented it till May so any time we get a chance to be in FL, our 2nd home is waiting.
Nice, I could live with that setup and view for a few months!
I eat breakfast every morning sitting at the dining table looking out the big back window with the morning sun coming in looking at the mountains. , this is our 3rd winter in the same lot. This is a manufacture home park that has a bunch of empty lots that they rent out to RVs, the lots are 80 deep and 60 wide.
take it out now! We have a Florida trip planned in dec to mid jan!
That sounds awesome but got the free trial of home schooling kids during 2020-2021 and didn't renew the subscription on that one.

2005-2007 have to be some of the best looking trucks Ford ever made.
Not mine but a fifth wheel being pulled by a super duty.... on the Merritt parkway in CT which is a passenger vehicle, nothing in tow state road in CT. I think technically my F250 is too heavy for the road, it has a height limit of 8ft cause some of the bridges are under 10 feet in points. This truck has a 9 foot and change bridge in its path... rough day. Can't rely on google maps with the trailer.
The irony I was JUST thinking I will never take my trailer through NYC again, I did it way back in 2009 and got through fine but too much work and detours to deal with anymore.
Had a great year! My Super Duty came in March and my 5th wheel was delivered in April. It’s not huge, just a little less than 30 feet. Perfect for just the two of us. We got eight trips of 7 to 10 days in with the most recent earlier this month. We hadn’t camped in years so it was like starting from scratch. Mistakes were made and a lot was learned! Bottom line we had some adventures and a lot of fun! Next year we hope to take longer and longer trips. Not going “full time” just long trips to various parts of the US.
