    Hello,

    I tried to PM but no luck. Not sure what the deal is as I have more than 5 posts and have been a member for some time now.

    Good morning rvpuller! Maybe this has been asked before but what would the chances be of getting a separate section just for slide in truck campers? They really are a different animal and it would be nice to see a separate section for them. What do you think?

    I've just joined FTE. How do I post a question in a forum?
    I have a 1999 F-250 crew cab diesel SRW w/ 2WD and pull a 36' HitchHiker which is about 16,000lbs. The GCVW is 23,000lbs and the truck is rated for 20,000 lbs. I'm now considering a 2005-2007 6.0 diesel DRW and 2WD crew cab that is rated for this trailer. You have the V10 and I'd consider that engine as well since the rating is close to that for the diesel. With the diesel, however, the 4.10 axle ratio to me would be better than the 3.73. Any thoughts on one Vs the other? What would be the advantages of going with the V10?
    I know with the diesel I will have to make sure it is Bullet Proofed. What modifications are needed with the V10?

    hello sir, ive been following your threads for awhile now...im looking at a 17 super duty with the 6.2 and 4.30 gears...im torn on whether or not to get a 4x4...ill be pulling a 13K fifth wheel...you seemed to be well versed with rving and was wondering if you ever needed a 4x4, i see your dually is a 2wd...beautiful rig Sir....thank you...Lou

    im a little confused on the evap emissoin issues Krewat mentioned regarding vent....Is the way you have yours set up legal for an inspection? Do you see a reason the tanks i linked wouldnt be legal for inspection? Can you clarify where you ran the line too from the auxillary tank vent? Where did you get your tank and did you make your fittings because of cost or inabillty to find them. I noticed northrntool has a gravity feed kit for diesels but the filler neck fittting is 1 1/2" i think thats too big for our gas filler necks? thank you four your input does running connecting the auxillary vent to the the oem vent with a tee fix all the vent /evap issues? sorry dont have pms yet
